1. About us

First Place Tutors is a UK-based online tutoring service providing GCSE and A-Level Maths tuition to students aged 13-18.

These terms govern your use of our website, lessons and member services.

2. Memberships

Memberships are billed Monthly, Quarterly or Bi-Annually. All plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Quarterly and Bi-Annual plans run for the committed term.

3. Lessons & attendance

Lessons are delivered live online in small groups. Recordings are made available for catch-up. Missed lessons are not refunded but recordings, worksheets and tutor follow-up are provided.

4. Refunds

A 7-day satisfaction window applies from your first paid lesson. Beyond this, fees are non-refundable, but future renewals can be cancelled at any time.

5. Conduct

Students attend lessons on time, complete homework, and treat tutors and peers respectfully. Persistent breaches may result in termination without refund.

6. Liability

We endeavour to deliver every advertised lesson but are not liable for unavoidable outages outside our control. Maximum liability is the value of the current billing period.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
