2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order lookup with the email address used at checkout.
You can also email us at info@firstplacetutors.com and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf. We reply within 24 hours.
3. Renewals and cancellations
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page or through Paddle, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
